    *Retail experience not required.

    Lake and Company is an outdoors lifestyle shop and magazine that celebrates the very best of lake culture. Our brand partners and in store products all have unique initiatives revolving around protecting our environment and community improvement. We are a growing company with potential career opportunities in retail and marketing.


    Ideal candidates are those who celebrate lake life, adventure, and community – and who love to tell a good story.

    Responsibilities include:
    - Welcoming customers and assisting in creating a positive shopping experience
    - Stocking product
    - Keeping the shop neat and clean
    - Learning the ins and outs of the products and stories behind our brands
    - Understanding Lake and Company’s mission and store philosophy
    - Performing tasks as assigned by store lead and manager
